Loved the natural surroundings and the spacious pool with comfy sunbeds. Our room was cleaned daily, and the mattress was divine! The staff were friendly-especially Christina at the reception.

But if I wanted a sleepless night, I'd have gone to my cousin's place! The party noise was like having a disco in my room. Yikes!

Helpful service, stylish and great hotel.

Lots of options, good food. Huge and beautiful rooms with private bathrooms and an electric kettle and a refrigerator. Location close to the Mediterranean sea, and the nice area.

very comfy bed in the king room, plus climate control, a balcony, and soundproof windows. free parking, nice service. incredible location of the hotel on the coast. based just next door to city center, the nice area and sicily.

Fine views of Mount Etna greeted me every morning from my room. The poolside atmosphere was lively, especially during the evening events. Dining at the hotel was a highlight. I enjoyed fresh, local food that really showcased the region's flavors. I faced noise issues on weekend nights when music from events carried into my room, disrupting my sleep. Staff were generally friendly, but some seemed overwhelmed during busy times. The hotel needs to ensure better management during peak hours to enhance guest experience.

If you want to explore etnaland, choose this place. Wi Fi worked throughout the property. 25 minutes by car from the airport. We go there often, and would recommend it to all.

The room was 'nice', but shockingly outdated. Plus, the tiny air conditioner struggled! I woudl ve been pleased with a complimentary upgrade to recover from this discomfort, but no luck. The breakfast service was a disaster, with things running out constantly-good luck with coffee! I almost gave a good review but just couldn't.

Lovely views with vibrant life

The fine views of Mount Etna from the poolside created lovely moments . The lively atmosphere at the pool made every evening special.

Unfortunately, the noise from events. We also encountered issues with the breakfast timing and service quality during busy hours.

friendly staff

It was just a suitable option for a mini-vacation in Nicolosi with very good value for money. The poolside lunch was tasty and made our day special. Make sure to pre-book a spot by the pool for sunbathing.

Consider me officially shocked

An very nice stay with fine views of Mount Etna! Our room featured a good balcony that provided amazing scenery both day and night. The food was delicious. I can't wait to return for more lovely experiences!
